Our work is high caliber. We're intimately involved with our clients, we are recognized internationally for excellence in design, we have extensive marketing experience and expertise, and we offer outstanding customer service.
Investment
Our fees are competitive. We can safely say we are less expensive than a Manhattan ad agency. But we are also significantly more expensive that many so-called "designers" out there. We DO NOT subcontract our work overseas, and we DO NOT operate out of our mother-in-law's basement (you're welcome to come visit our studio).
We take great pride in our work and in making sure things get done the right way. The truth is, our custom design services are not going to be the least expensive. And if price is your number one deciding factor, we're probably not for you. But if you value artistic creativity, attention to detail, and personalized customer service, we think you'll be hard pressed to find higher quality design work for your investment.
Right, but I asked...How Much?
It depends on your project. But we can offer some basic guidelines to help you understand how we arrive at our numbers.
Our standard rate for creative services including design, writing, programming and marketing services is $125 per hour. The following examples demonstrate how are rates are calculated for various projects.
Logo Design
- Creative consultation - 1 hour
- Market and industry research - 3 hours
- 5-7 Preliminary logo comparable designs - 10 hours
- 2-3 Rounds of minor revisions - 5 hours
- Final file preparation, color specification and reproduction guidelines - 1 hour
TOTAL = 20 hours
If all goes smoothly, your logo design project can be complete in about 20 hours over the course of 1-2 weeks, which equates to around $2500.
Need it for less? How about fewer comps? Or you do some market research for us? Or we limit the revisions? We can work with you.
Tri-fold Brochure Design
- Creative consultation - 1 hour
- Content gathering, photo preparation, editing - 4 hours
- 1-2 Preliminary layout comparable designs - 8 hours
- Refinement and finish work on selected design - 6 hours
- 2-3 Rounds of minor revisions - 2 hours
- Final file preparation, file email or upload, ready to print - 1 hour
TOTAL = 22 hours
If all goes smoothly, your brochure design project can be complete in about 22 hours over the course of 2-3 weeks, which equates to around $2750.
Need it for less? How about only one comp? Or you supply all the content (text, imagery, photos)? Or we limit the revisions? We can work with you.
Website Design and Development
- Creative consultation and management - 8 hours
- Market and industry research - 5 hours
- Site Architecture and page outline - 5 hours
- Content gathering, photo preparation, editing - 4 hours
- 1-2 Preliminary layout comparable designs - 15 hours
- Refinement and finish work on selected design - 3 hours
- Page coding, script implementation, backend programming - 25 hours
- 2-3 Rounds of minor revisions - 2 hours
- Final file preparation, hosting configuration, file uploads, site testing - 5 hours
TOTAL = 72 hours
If all goes smoothly, your website design project can be complete in about 72 hours over the course of about 5-8 weeks, which equates to around $9000.
Need it for less? How about only one comp? Or you supply all the content (text, imagery, photos)? Or we limit the revisions? We can try to simplify the process and work with you and your budget. But this time estimate is pretty accurate for a simple website project.
